She practices many sport and cultural activities, which fuel her tremendous positive energy.

We are passionate about our work, and that is our strength ! At STERITECH, Pierre GAVIGNON, President, is involved in everything: R&D, Technical, Sales… and always with the calm of a Olympian! But where does he get all this positive energy ? No doubt from his many secret gardens, which he tends in his spare time: beekeeping, permaculture, ecology.

David BATTISTA

Workshop Manager

David has been STERITECH Shop Foreman since 2012, showing a great deal of dedication, rigor, and attention to detail. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the doting Daddy and do shopping with his two beloved daughters !

Automation Technician

If you can’t find Henri in the automation design office, he is probably discovering new horizons on his motorcycle or boat! He is always willing to learn new things, that’s what makes his strentgh every day.

Eric started his work as Assembly-Welder in 2017. He loves open-air activities, hiking, and mountain bike.

Sales and Marketing Apprentice – Technical Sales Representative

Marine, our apprentice sales technician and sales assistant, brings her joy of life to the office ! With her many passions, including modelling, watercolour painting, candle decorating and crochet, she loves to let her creative side shine through. As for sport, she alternates between swimming, weight training and Pilates, not forgetting her passion for Formula 1 !

Conscientious : is undoubtedly an essential quality that Adriano TESTA already possessed when he joined STERITECH in 2016.When he is not working as a welder, this young man escapes by walking and by hitting… tennis balls !

Within the Automation Department, Théo is recognized for his good humor and constant smile. Originally from Nancy, he now enjoys the tranquility of the countryside, away from the urban hustle. While he cherishes moments with his loved ones and cats, Théo is also eager to explore new horizons, combining travel for Steritech with his passion for adventure !

Daniel has worked as a welder at STERITECH since 2012. Known as “Dany”, he is very active in his spare time, practicing open-air activities, motor bike, do-it-yourself, cooking, and wine tasting !

Sonia, our Purchasing Manager, embodies perseverance and uprightness in everything she undertakes. Outside her professional role, she finds her balance in outdoor activities such as motorcycling, hiking and motorhome escapades. A keen fisherwoman, she also enjoys quiet moments by the water.

Hispanic Technical Sales

Yvan is always ready to talk, whether in Spanish as part of his job as an apprentice salesman, or with his friends about the world he loves, such as Star Wars! Always keen to discover new things, Yvan has many interests outside work: sport, cinema, motor racing, skiing and playing the piano. You can see that he always gives 100% in what he does and that his interests drive him (he always comes with his Redbull cap or jacket to the office). 😋

Benjamin GUIGON, our Automation Engineering Manager, brings his rigour, joy of life and adaptability to our team. Apart from his responsibilities, he finds his balance by spending precious time with his family, hiking or riding his motorbike !

Originally from Haute-Marne, Pauline worked in a forge before discovering our beautiful Alsace and joining Steritech! Pauline, a technician in our mechanical engineering department, is extremely rigorous in everything she does! An avid fan of manga and drawing, she also relishes the adrenalin of motorcycling and enjoys DIY moments with her partner.

Thanks to her perseverance and insatiable thirst for learning, Aurore is brilliantly supporting our Purchasing and HR departments as an Assistant. Once her day’s work is done, she fully embraces her second life, which is particularly rich and varied! Between diligently monitoring a renovation project, her passion for gardening and the joyful presence of her many animals – from fish to horses, chickens and tortoises – sleep is no match for her dynamism!
